Q 1: Is the bike insured?
Answer: Yes, the bike is fully covered up to $25,000 per unit while in our possession at no extra charge, with no deductible to you - the customer. Q 2: How is the bike shipped?
Answer: We soft tie all bikes and secure them with commercial quality straps on our specially constructed trailers for motorcycle shipping
only. No metal comes in contact with bike. We do not haul crated or palletized bikes. Q 3: Do fluids need to be drained before shipping?
Answer: No. No preparation needed for shipping. We will pick up your bike and deliver it, ready to ride. Q 4: Do you accept credit cards?
Answer: Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard payments. We also accept cash, cashiers checks or money orders. Payments must be made prior to or at the time of delivery. No deposit is required. Q 5: Do you price match?
Answer: No. The rates that we quote are some of the best for what we offer, being one of the few true specialized carriers transporting motorcycles only. Q 6: What do your prices include? Are there any extra fees?
Answer: Our quotes are all inclusive. There are no hidden costs. Answer: We are the transportation company, not a broker. We transport what we book. We do broker with only the best carriers for nation wide service. Q 8: Do you give exact pick up and delivery dates and times?
Answer: No. We estimate to the best of our ability. Things like weather, truck availability and other pick ups and deliveries may effect the time it will take to pick up or deliver your bike. We are a LTL carrier of motorcycles only with 25-40 pick ups and deliveries at any given time. Q 9: Do you have hubs or terminals?
Answer: No. We pick up and deliver directly with our trucks. Q 10: Is it cheaper to ship to a hub or terminal?
Answer: No. We charge the same price to deliver to a residence or a business. Q 11: Do you ship overseas?
Answer: No. We pick up and deliver only the continental United States. We can refer you to an overseas shipper as well as pick up and deliver to a port.
